This unique cookbook is both a work of art and valuable reference book. It features over 100 hand drawn recipes from Marcella's Travels throughout Latin America.

This collection includes many of Marcella's favorite dishes, desserts, and drinks inspired by her travels in Central and South America; tamales, ceviche, empanadas, flan and many more favorites from countries including Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Puerto Rico. She has also included lots of pages about ingredients that are less common in the US including prickly pear, yuca root, and epazote. 

The book includes an overview of Latin American cheeses available in the US, and pages describing various methods of chili preparation, how to prepare cactus, and tips for frying foods. Marcella has also devoted a page to her favorite tools in the kitchen; things that will make cooking this cuisine more efficient and more fun.
The cookbook is a hardcover, 9.5 x 11.25, printed on premium 100#GSM paper.

The towel material and printing technique were scrutinized and selected due to their fade resistance, durability, and absorbency. The fabric is single weave, fast drying, and lint free.

From Slow Cooked Pork to Avocado Pineapple Salad, Marcella's second book, Comida Cubana, beautifully illuminates a variety of Cuban Classics. Marcella traveled to Cuba in 2016 and cooked with over a dozen people on the island, sketching and recording her travels along the way. Her experiences unfold in the headnotes of every page and the book is comprised of over 100 distinctive hand drawn recipes in watercolor and pen and ink. 

Similar to her first book, Comida Cubana is an art piece and a cookbook in one, but dives deeper into the history and origin of recipes, and includes her vibrant watercolors on every page.

The Old Fashioned is one of America's most popular cocktails. A classic said to have been invented at a private social club in Louisville, KY in 1880.
Made by combining syrup, bitters and whiskey, garnishing with an orange peel and a cocktail cherry. This drink is traditionally served over ice in a lowball glass.
