Online Shop Policies

SHIPPING:

All shipments are processed within 2-4 days, generally. If your purchase is a gift and you would like it shipped to a different address, please mention it in the "notes to seller" at checkout. Marcella is happy to include a note, printed out, the package too. -International orders are shipped first class USPS and can take up to 3 weeks for delivery, pending customs. -Prints are shipped first class and arrive 3-7 days from when the package ships in the US.

RETURNS:

Please send an email your item arrives damaged within 10 days of arrival and a replacement will be sent right away. Otherwise once delivered, refunds are not offered online.
