Michael Ruhlman is a big-time food writer. He has many published books, and I have most of them. His choice of Marcella to illustrate his newest book is a real testament to Marcella’s gift as an artist. Not surprisingly, it’s his most pleasant book to read. The illustrations are fabulous. The coasters with Marcella’s illustrations of various drink ratios belong on anyone’s table.
